I typically respond to emails within 24 hours, and usually in the late afternoon/early evening since I still install ceilings for my day job with a growing local shop. I am located just outside of Seattle, in the PST time zone.

Also, I am the inventor, accounts payable, webmaster, and the shipping clerk here at Cross-T-Squared, so it can get a bit hectic at times.

But, I do respond to each and every email that I receive through the website.
